Responsibilities

  • Ensures total operation compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintains high level of customer service and positive donor experience.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and stocks supplies.
  • Maintains and troubleshoots donor center equipment.
  • Maintains donor confidentiality and records.
  • Performs donor vitals, finger sticks, and prepares samples.
  • Operates and monitors plasmapheresis machines.
  • Handles and stores plasma products according to SOPs.
  • Communicates with donors and completes necessary paperwork.
  • Monitors and maintains temperature control in storage areas.
  • Performs other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
