About the Role
Donations Sorters/Pricers are the “face of Goodwill” to the donors who make our work possible. This role is team-oriented, fast-paced, and requires individuals who are friendly, prioritize work, and enjoy meeting high expectations. The position involves greeting donors, unloading donated goods, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and unload donated goods.
- Provide friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
- Maintain a safe and neat work environment, ensuring efficiency in your area.
- Cross-training may include:
- Operating a cash register.
- Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Production or similar experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Schedule
Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to [closing time not specified].
Pay
$15.00 per hour.
