About the Role
Our Donations Sorters/Pricers are the “face of Goodwill” to the donors who make our work possible. This role is team-oriented, friendly, and focused on providing excellent donor service. Associates should be able to lift incoming donations (up to 50 lbs.) and evaluate merchandise to price it appropriately. We seek individuals who make work a priority and enjoy meeting high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and unload donated goods.
- Provide friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
- Maintain a safe and neat work environment, taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
- May include cross-training in the following areas: Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production-style setting.
Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Production or similar experience preferred.
Schedule
Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm, opening at 11AM on Sunday.
Pay
$15.00 per hour.
