Donation Processing Clerk

About the role

The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho. Our mission is to unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Accept, process, and sell donated items from thrift stores.
• Contribute to the success of our mission by helping to fund Idaho’s youth programs and services.
• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch by interacting with customers and donors.
• Load and unload merchandise for donors and customers.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
