Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management
• Support the team with additional duties as needed
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements

Requirements

• Friendly, dependable team players who enjoy helping others
• No experience required—training provided
• Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise)
• Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill-building opportunities
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team-focused environment
• Active role with frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Tasks include talking, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling; occasional climbing or balancing
• Ability to lift up to 100+ pounds
• Strong vision for distance and depth
