Responsibilities

  • Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
  • Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
  • Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Load and unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout the shift.
  • Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
  • Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

Requirements

  • Friendly, dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise).
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill‑building opportunities.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team‑focused environment.
  • Physical demands include plenty of standing, walking, and using hands; frequent talking, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling; occasional climbing or balancing; heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds; and strong distance and depth vision.

Pay
