Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Safely assist donors with unloading and accepting items
• Use transport equipment (dolly, flatbed, etc) appropriately and gain coworkers assistance as needed
• Accurately document donations
• Provide receipt according to Goodwill
• Delight the Donor through training
• Interact with the public and coworkers in a positive, friendly manner
• Clean and sort various items
• Check items for defects and eliminate these items from sellable items
• Use containers, carts, barrels and racks to separate items
• Process items appropriately
• Keep work area clean and remove waste
