Entry-level role in a fast-paced donation center.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist donors with top-notch service.
- Help unload donation vehicles.
- Sort all donations into proper containers by category.
- Maintain cleanliness of donation areas, both inside and outside.
- Strive to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow established Best Practices of ESGW.
- Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry items for an entire shift (excluding break times).
- Use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Move items weighing 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
- Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
- Physically and mentally capable of performing all job requirements.
- Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Completion of a background check required.
