Donation Door Attendant
Entry-level position in a fast-paced donation center.
About the role
The Donation Door Attendant greets and assists donors, provides top-notch service, and helps unload vehicles. You will sort donations into proper containers by category, clean donation areas inside and out, and strive to meet daily goals while following ESGW’s Best Practices. Must be able to assist in all aspects of operations as directed.

Requirements
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shift (excluding break times)
- Use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
- Move 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance
- Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community
- Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements
- Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of a background check required
