Donation Center Attendant PT

What You’ll Do

• Greet donors promptly and courteously
• Accurately record donor information and maintain daily donation counts
• Sort donations into appropriate categories (saleable, salvage, or trash)
• Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Safeguard all donated items and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies
• Support transportation or site operations as needed and report any safety or maintenance concerns

What You’ll Need

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, weekends, or different locations
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and repetitive motion

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly
• Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed
• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion
• Manual dexterity is required
