About the role

As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community. Hourly rate: $17.13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issuing receipts as necessary
• Keeping donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided
• Assisting in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Providing exceptional customer service: greeting donors, carrying donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and providing donor receipt if requested
• Exercising good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely
• Maintaining all required records and delivering them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

Pay

$17.13 per hour
