Location: Ellensburg, WA store – Full‑Time Donation Attendant

About the role

As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants are responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from donors and issue receipts as necessary.
• Keep donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Receive training on Gaylord and pallet use.
• Assist in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet donors, carry donations from the donor’s vehicle to the center, and provide donor receipts if requested.
• Exercise good judgment in determining which donations are acceptable and communicate that decision to the customer politely and effectively.
• Maintain all required records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour
