Donation Attendant - FT

Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour

About the role

As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants will be responsible for processing and sorting the donations provided by our community at our Port Townsend, WA store.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from donors and issue receipts as necessary
• Keep donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
• Assist in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet donors, carry donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provide donor receipt if requested
• Exercise good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely
• Maintain all required records and deliver them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned

Training

Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
