About the role

JPC LLC is a franchise with Domino's Pizza seeking new team members for a fun opportunity to develop skills and grow quickly within the organization. As a Pizza Maker/Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will work inside the kitchen taking phone and counter orders, cleaning equipment and the facility, and making pizzas while delivering great customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and pride in the art of pizza making, ideal for those who enjoy team sports and a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Operate the cash register and collect payments
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

• Fun and friendly personality, comfortable talking to strangers
• Team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, or flexible schedules (including as little as one or two days per week)

Pay

Hourly wage range: $17.13 – $18.00, plus tips earned each shift.
