Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager New Lenox IL (9196)

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for a full-time Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a natural leader with strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Oversee all store operations, including greeting customers, taking orders, and maintaining a positive demeanor (even on the phone)
• Operate the cash register and handle customer payments
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front to the back of the store
• Uphold a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

• Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 30 employees per shift
• Stellar attitude and motivational skills to create a positive work environment
• Strong role-model qualities—you’ll be the person everyone looks to
• Flexible schedule
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous food-service industry experience is an asset
• Previous supervisor and/or management experience is an asset
