About the role

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Responsibilities

• Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures
• Create schedules, order product, train team members, and hire crew
• Control costs to qualify for a profit share bonus

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
