With over 15 years of experience in data—from analyst to report-project leader—I specialize in building clear, automated reports in Excel and Power BI that simplify daily work and demonstrate the real value of data. I’ve led numerous training sessions and workshops, and today I create educational programs to help others enter the world of modern analytics.
I understand how challenging it can be to navigate the chaos of spreadsheets and reports, which is why I show how to turn tools into allies, not obstacles. My mission is to give people confidence in working with data and ensure analyses are clear, simple, and practical.
Projects & Initiatives
One outcome of this mission is the „Kompetencje na Szpilkach” project—an initiative supporting the development of soft skills, digital abilities, and analytical competencies for women. It’s a space that proves Excel, Power BI, and modern tools can be accessible to everyone—without technical jargon or stress. The project fosters career growth, builds self-assurance, and demonstrates that working with data can be both simple and rewarding.
