Domain Expert, AI Evaluation (Finance)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to contribute to AI evaluation projects by creating high-quality evaluation data that assesses the reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems. This role is ideal for finance professionals who can apply their industry expertise to design realistic financial scenarios, identify complex reasoning challenges, and provide accurate, well-supported expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original finance-related tasks based on real-world professional practice.
• Produce accurate, fully reasoned "golden answers" supported by sound financial principles.
• Develop challenging evaluation scenarios that expose weaknesses in advanced AI models.
• Ensure every submission meets quality, formatting, and accuracy standards.
• Complete assigned tasks independently before moving to the next assignment.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback while maintaining consistent quality.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Investment, Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of finance principles and current industry practices.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative reasoning.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow structured processes.

Compensation

Competitive task-based payment for every approved submission. Earnings depend on task volume, quality, and completion. Detailed payment structure will be shared during onboarding.

• All work must be original and human-authored. AI writing, editing, or grammar assistance tools are prohibited.
• Employment is subject to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
