About the Role
This role leads domain-led transformation initiatives by overseeing delivery governance, reviewing forecasting models, and supervising teams to ensure business outcomes through revenue growth and opportunity identification.
Responsibilities
- Review deliverables defined as part of domain-led transformation initiatives to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking by reviewing forecasting models, cost-benefit analysis, and defining alternate process methodologies.
- Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Lead domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and value creation for clients.
- Conduct performance reviews, facilitate professional development, and mentor consultants.
- Review and approve technical documentation for functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain standards and organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance to teams in maintaining consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables.
- Lead initiatives to articulate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project financials, optimize resource utilization, and ensure adherence to defined margin targets to lead budget performance.
- Identify mining opportunities in existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.
- Create whitepapers, reusable frameworks, and knowledge assets while guiding teams to adopt best practices and innovative approaches.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in institutional compliance.

Pay
Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, depending on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
