Guest Service Agents (GSAs) support the full guest experience at Dolphin Quest Hawaii by delivering sensational service before, during, and after dolphin encounter programs.

About the role

Working in a dynamic outdoor environment, GSAs assist guests with check-in and program preparation, capture in-program photographs, and provide retail and post-program support. They contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, uphold Dolphin Quest standards, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience for every guest.
