About the role
Sol Dog Lodge & Training Center is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, passionate Dog Trainer to join our team. This is an opportunity to help shape one of Southern Arizona's fastest-growing nonprofit dog training organizations. Our trainers work with dogs and the people who love them through private lessons, behavior consultations, group classes, Board & Train, and Day Train programs—all with one goal in mind: keeping dogs in their homes.

Responsibilities
- Teach private lessons, behavior consultations, group classes, and Board & Train programs
- Evaluate behavior and develop individualized training plans
- Communicate with professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Collaborate with a team to strengthen the bond between dogs and their families
Requirements
- Professional dog training experience
- Enjoys working with both dogs and people
