Dog Trainer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Train dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages
• Work with behavior issues ranging from anxiety to aggression
• Interact professionally with clients and the public
• Continue developing your skills in both dog training and client education
• Attend PR and community events

Minimum Requirements

• A sickening work ethic (seriously—we mean it)
• Exceptional time management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Must live in Dayton or surrounding areas
• Ability to board at least 2 dogs in your home for 14 days
• Reliable transportation
• Basic video editing skills (iMovie preferred)
• Familiar with social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Willing to complete a 17-day trainer certification course in Virginia
