Salon Certified provider, we uphold the highest standards of safety, accountability, and professionalism in the industry. Our unique membership-based model ensures a steady, predictable flow of repeat clients and promotes routine care. This allows you to focus on what matters most: building lasting relationships with pets and their parents, and delivering high-quality grooming in a calm, wellness-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Style & Trim: Shave, trim, and style pet hair using proper scissoring techniques according to owner preferences, ensuring a safe and stress-free experience for the dog.
• Bathing & Hygiene: Clean, wash, shampoo, and condition each dog; maintain overall pet hygiene by clipping nails, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears.
• Client Connection: Advise pet parents on at-home care tips, maintenance best practices, and naturally introduce membership options and retail products that support their dog's routine care.
• Salon Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and pristine workstation by sanitizing and sweeping before the arrival of every pet and at the end of every workday.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of professional dog grooming experience required.
• Technical Skill: Strong, hands-on knowledge of individual breed standards and breed-specific cuts.
• Soft Skills: Experience in customer service and consultative sales, a collaborative team mindset, and a genuine desire to connect with clients and their pets.
• Commitment: Dedication to pet safety, consistency, and thriving in a supportive, culture-first environment.

Compensation + Benefits

• Base Salary: $46,000 - $60,000/yr
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure
