Dog Daycare Attendant and Receptionist

Position Overview

This is a permanent position, not a temporary summer position.

Responsibilities

• Interact with both human and canine guests
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
• Use Gingr to check dogs in and out
• Oversee groups of dogs during playtime, ensuring their safety
• Capture photos and videos of the dogs enjoying themselves
• Absorb and teach basic obedience commands

Compensation & Shift Structure

• $15 hourly + tips
• Part-time (29 hours or less): Shifts from 6:15 AM - 10:15 AM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM or reception shifts of 6:15 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:20 PM - 6:30 PM

Requirements

• US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US
• Standing or walking, kneeling, crouching, squatting, bending, and sitting
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to communicate with customers in a friendly manner
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Basic knowledge of computer/tablet functions
• 18 years of age or older
• Must be teachable, flexible, and dependable
