We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: "ARE YOU A CURRENT US FOODS EMPLOYEE? PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR INTERNAL WORKDAY CAREER SITE", "Join Our Community of Food People!", "EOE – Race/Color/Religion/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin/Age/Genetic Information/Protected Veteran/Disability Status***", also "This application is only available to active-duty service members eligible to participate in a DoD SkillBridge Internship..." That's specific content about eligibility; maybe include as part of About the role? It's a requirement. Could be part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: role description, duties, supervision, relationships, work environment, minimum qualifications, knowledge/skills/abilities, education/training, physical qualifications, compensation (pay range), travel, etc. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section: we have expected base rate $65,000 - $105,000. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: not specified; no schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. Benefits: posting says "This is an unpaid, non-benefit eligible internship position". So benefits: none/unpaid. Should we include Benefits section? It says "unpaid, non-benefit eligible internship". That's specific content about benefits (none). Should we include Benefits section? The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Here we have specific content: unpaid, non-benefit eligible. So we can include Benefits section stating that it's unpaid and no benefits. Pay section: we have expected base rate range. That's specific. Schedule: none. Thus sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge/Skills/Abilities?), Qualifications (maybe education?), Skills, Benefits, Pay. Could also include Work Environment? Not a standard heading but could be part of About the role. The instruction says use headings for those specific section names; we can add others? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings when appropriate; we could also add other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those. We need to map content: About the role: summary of role purpose: Manager, Transportation will ensure a Transportation department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with drivers, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations. Also mention it's a DoD SkillBridge internship for active-duty service members within last 12 months, unpaid, non-benefit eligible. Responsibilities: list of essential duties and responsibilities (the bullet list). Use
  • . Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications: experience, etc. Could combine with Knowledge/Skills/Abilities? But we have separate headings: Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide distribution. We could put: Requirements: Minimum of three years experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution; Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce; Experience as a driver a plus. Qualifications: Education/Training: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Skills: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures; Strong leadership, communication and people development skills; Strong understanding of DOT requirements; Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements; Ability to interpret financial and operational data; Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office). Also include Travel: 10% travel required. Physical qualifications could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Might be under Requirements? Could be under Requirements as well. We also have Supervision, Relationships, Work Environment - could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be better to include under About the role as extra detail. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details. Let's extract all substantive sentences. From posting: - "Manager, Transportation will ensure a Transportation department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with drivers, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations." - "They will use their experience in transportation operations to manage personnel and drive efficient transportation operations through the associates they lead, ensuring the safe, accurate and timely daily outbound shipments to customers and other distribution centers within the organization." - "This application is only available to active-duty service members eligible to participate in a DoD SkillBridge Internship. The service member must be within the last 12 months of their active-duty contract. This is an unpaid, non-benefit eligible internship position in partnership with the DoD SkillBridge program." Essential Duties And Responsibilities list (many bullet points). We'll capture them. Supervision: Direct: Union and/or non-union Drivers Relationships Internal: Transportation leaders and coworkers; Drivers; Warehouse leaders; Internal customers across departments (e.g., Sales) External: Customers Work Environment: May spend significant amount of time on the road. Must spend portion of working time in a truck with drivers, exposed to noise and vibration levels which may be higher than those typically experienced in passenger cars. Will spend time in an office working on a computer. Minimum Qualifications Related Experience/Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required. The expected base rate for this role is between $65,000 - $105,000 EEO boilerplate removed. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
