Primary Program Purpose

The U.S. Xpress SkillBridge program intends to tap into the expertise of transitioning Service Members by sponsoring internship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities through the SkillBridge program. We will provide a sound opportunity to experience and train within the very dynamic Transportation Industry. As a company, we welcome transitioning talent within our Maintenance Shops and Corporate Office. Maintenance Shop Roles Include:

• Diesel and Trailer Technicians
• Service and Parts Coordinators
• Roadside Assistance
• Warranty Coordinators

Our Corporate Office Opportunities Include:

• Operations
• Human Resources
• Business Development
• Information Technology
• Safety
• Customer Service

What We’re Looking For

• Transitioning service member
• Within last 180 days of service
