Adams & Martin Group is seeking licensed attorneys for remote Document Review Attorney opportunities supporting leading law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. These assignments are ideal for attorneys seeking flexible contract work within eDiscovery and litigation support.
About the role
Projects may range from first-level review and issue coding to quality control, privilege review, and Team Lead assignments on complex litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze electronically stored information (ESI) for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues in complex litigation matters
- Apply coding decisions accurately in accordance with project-specific guidelines, protocols, and production requirements
- Conduct first-level (L1), second-level (L2), quality control (QC), and privilege review assignments, depending on project needs
- Assist with privilege logging and identify confidential, sensitive, or potentially responsive information
- Collaborate with eDiscovery project managers, review teams, and supervising attorneys to maintain review quality and consistency
- Utilize legal technology platforms to efficiently complete review assignments while meeting productivity and deadline expectations
Requirements
- Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Prior document review and/or eDiscovery experience, including familiarity with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Concordance, Viewpoint, or similar technologies, preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet access and a secure workspace
Pay
- Document Review Attorney opportunities: $25-$35/hour
- Staff Attorney/eDiscovery Attorney opportunities: $40-$60+/hour
- Contract Litigation Attorney opportunities: $40-$75+/hour
