Responsibilities
- Scanning paper documents to create electronic copies
- Printing documents
- Data Entry: recording information into the system of record
- Electronic filing of electronic documents by transferring data between systems
- Document retrieval from electronic databases
- Saving, renaming, and redacting files
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including experience in Adobe and Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
- Read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
Physical Qualifications
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
Pay
The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00-$17.50.
Schedule
Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
