Document Control Specialist
About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Document Control Specialist to support large-scale capital projects, including wind farms, solar developments, repower projects, substations, transmission projects, and other major energy infrastructure projects. You will play a critical part in keeping project documentation organized, accurate, and while supporting project teams through all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project drawings, RFIs, submittals, construction documentation, and engineering packages.
- Cookordinate document routing, approvals, and review cycles to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor project deliverables and follow up with team members to prevent delays.
- Support project teams through document management, coordination, and administrative activities.
- Prepare, print, organize large-format drawing packages and project documentation.
- Maintain physical and electronic document libraries and perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Track project correspondence and deliverables using tools such as Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and document management systems.
- Communicate with internal project teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding document status and requirements.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in document control, project coordination, project administration, construction administration, engineering support, or a related professional environment.
- Experience managing electronic and physical document libraries.
- Experience reviewing, processing, and tracking project documentation.

Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour.
