Murray Osorio PLLC is a fast-growing immigration law firm with offices in Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. We represent clients and companies in courts, offices, and consular posts worldwide. We specialize in removal defense, humanitarian applications, family-based immigration, criminal immigration, employment-based immigration, naturalization, and appellate and federal litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails and physical mail, ensuring all correspondence is reviewed promptly and uploaded accurately into the case management system in a timely manner
  • Identify and prioritize urgent items to meet case deadlines and attorney needs
  • Assist with PACER and DocketBird access and functionality, including password maintenance, monitoring MFA requirements and access issues
  • Call Clients to coordinate pick-up/mail out for priority documents
  • Maintain organized email inboxes using subfolders
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring consistent workflow and adherence to deadlines
  • Provide support with front desk operations on an as-needed basis
  • Provide support with ECAS/FOIA inbox
  • Back up colleagues when needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

Qualifications

  • Basic qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, PACER, and DocketBird

Pay

This is a full-time, on-site role for the first 90 days, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after successful completion.
