Responsibilities
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the creation and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of quality documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits by providing access to quality documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the quality documentation system.
- Train and educate employees on the proper procedures for documenting quality-related information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive quality documentation and information.
- Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 requirements and adhere to the organization’s code of conduct, time and attendance, and all other company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment and familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using advanced quality control tools, instruments, and software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards and a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Pay
$25 per hour
