About the role
The Document Control Clerk is responsible for managing all documents needed to meet the daily deadlines required in the department. Essential Functions include:
- Download and upload files to FTP sites
- Create drawing transmittals
- Create design logs and maintaining folder structure
- Convert files to other formats
- Interpret and implement written instructions from print requests
- To work independently, with minimal supervision
- To prioritize tasks to meet unexpected deadlines
- Fast paced file processing in an MRP system
Responsibilities
- Work independently, with minimal supervision
- Prioritize tasks to meet unexpected deadlines
- Fast paced file processing in an MRP system
- Work long days including evenings and weekends as needed
- Occasionally lift and carry shop drawings on occasion

Qualifications
- Specialized Knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of related work experience preferred
