Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying their needs to enhance the experience and offer promotional items.
- Answer customer inquiries, gather necessary information, and facilitate sales.
- Foster a strong partnership between the retail and clinical services teams.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, enter new patient history, and complete pre-test procedures.
- Assist the management team in resolving patient complaints and update on job statuses.
- Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties as needed.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
- Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report any equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses.
- Track delivery time commitments to patients and ensure 100% compliance with Now Service and Ready When Promised.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential concerns or rebuttals.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build respectful and cordial relationships with colleagues and patients.
- Drive for results and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
