Doctor's Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify needs, and provide promotional products.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to facilitate sales.
• Foster partnerships between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history, and perform initial tests.
• Assist in resolving patient complaints and updating job statuses.
• Ensure brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
• Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and deliver orders accurately.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues to management.
• Track delivery times and ensure 100% compliance with patient commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent advanced certification, or enrollment in a comparable program.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, building rapport, and empathizing with patients.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential concerns or rebuttals.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to build respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Drive for results and flexibility in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• A passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
