About the role

Join an experienced, cohesive team at our Liberty, MO location. You will have the autonomy to build the practice that you want. The ideal candidate will work 3 days per week, providing comprehensive eye care services, recommending vision-enhancing products, and promoting good eye health through patient education. SVS Vision is seeking a team player with excellent clinical skills and attitude who always keeps the patient's best interests in mind. The ability to be flexible to support a fast-paced environment is essential.

Practice Highlights

• No Call Position
• Dedicated Staff to Support Patient Care
• Advanced Technology (iCare Tonometers, Retinal Cameras, etc.)
• Comprehensive Eye Exams
• Contact Lens Fittings
• Refractive Services

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care services
• Recommend vision-enhancing products
• Promote good eye health through patient education
• Follow the SVS Vision CARES approach:
  • Connect: create comfort through connection with each patient
  • Assess: ask the right questions to help create a complete picture of what each patient needs
  • Recommend: develop personalized care plans for each patient
  • Educate: explain the ‘why’ to demonstrate commitment to high-quality eye care
  • See It Through: consistent follow-up builds trust with each patient

Requirements

• OD Degree from ACOE approved College of Optometry
• State Licensed Optometrist
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
