About the Role

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join our Raleigh, NC market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to improve lives through routine chiropractic care.

Our Raleigh-area clinics serve established and growing communities throughout the Triangle. We provide strategic staffing support during high-volume periods to ensure patient flow is managed efficiently. Our franchise is owned by a Chiropractor who understands the role firsthand, with accessible local leadership supporting scheduling, staffing, supplies, clinic operations, and day-to-day needs. We offer autonomy to focus on patient care without unnecessary micromanagement while ensuring operational support is available when needed.

Schedule

We are currently seeking Full-Time Chiropractors with weekend availability throughout the Raleigh market. Scheduling may vary based on clinic needs and location. Part-time opportunities are also available for evening and/or weekend hours.

• Clinic Hours: Weekdays: 9:45 AM–7:00 PM (with a designated lunch break), Weekends: 9:45 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time Chiropractors generally work 4–5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Develop and communicate appropriate treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build strong, positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership growth through care-focused patient conversations
• Partner with clinic teams to provide an efficient and exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid North Carolina Chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay

$30–$45 per hour, depending on experience
