Dockworker Part-Time No CDL - TForce Freight

About the role

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable, safety and customer focused individual to join their growing logistics team as a part-time Dockworker.

This position involves ensuring freight is loaded safely and efficiently to be delivered on time and in good condition to customers. Responsibilities include operating powered warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard equipment to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival and before departure.

Requirements

• Forklift operator certification
• Impeccable customer service and dedication
• 18 years of age
• Safely perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers
• Able to read, write and speak the English language
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
