About the role

TForce Freight is seeking a part-time Dockworker to support the efficient loading and unloading of freight. This role is crucial for ensuring that freight is handled safely and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print BOL for daily deliveries.
• Process and palletize all damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival.

Requirements

• No CDL required.
• Impeccable customer service and dedication.
• Safety: Perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co-workers.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language.
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Customer focused & team oriented work ethic.
• Safety focused.
• At least 18 years of age.
