F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Management Company, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, such as marinas, adjacent upland property, multi-family, and retail. This dockhand role is ideal for someone who loves the marina environment and has a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to boaters and clientele, assisting with docking, fueling, and acquiring amenities
• Maintain the upkeep and curb appeal of the marina facility, including docks, grounds, and buildings
• Perform maintenance duties on docks, grounds, and buildings

Requirements

• Strong swimming skills
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain government-required licenses, certificates, or permits beneficial to the marina, including health and safety certification
• General knowledge of marina operations, including boat lifting, handling, and towing
• Proven skills in VHF communication, first-aid, and fire-fighting procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Boater’s License

Pay

$17.00 per hour
