Core Responsibilities
- Independently defined responsibilities for an assigned group, which may include multiple offices and/or shared docketing mailboxes.
- Manage completed deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review data for accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Review and accurately interpret submitted documents to identify, calculate, and docket all applicable data.
- Ensure correct assignment of timekeepers to matters.
- Respond professionally and constructively to inquiries from attorneys, timekeepers, and staff.
- Aid in onboarding incoming IP portfolios.
- Utilize IP-specific software, including Anaqua, to manage IP-related activities.
- Adhere to department and firm policies.
- Manage projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Knowledge & Education
- Strong organizational and process-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, including advanced Excel skills (preparing, exporting, editing, filtering, sorting, searching, and reformatting large spreadsheets).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated “client-first” mindset, with a responsive, flexible, and adaptable approach.

Compensation
Compensation for this position will range from $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and location.
