Dock Worker - DP0083 - Cherry (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and position empty pallets near the conveyor line.
• Stack 10-20 cases per minute, with each case weighing between 10 and 75 pounds.
• Rotate through various tasks within the department as needed.
• Utilize handheld scanners for inventory and tracking purposes.
• Ensure continuous operation of the line by unjamming cases, replacing tape, refilling glue pots, and adjusting labels.
• Operate pallet jack to move pallets of cases to the loading dock and restack cases as necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (8+ hours) on a concrete floor.
• Valid license to operate a pallet jack (training provided).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive grasping motions and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility to rotate between stacking and box-making tasks.
• Availability for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Proficient in using a handheld scanner.

Pay

The pay rate is $17.35 per hour. An additional $1.00 per hour is offered for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm, and an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am.

Schedule

Shifts may vary, including availability for overtime and weekends.
