Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose general problems and perform repairs safely and efficiently
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and recommend additional services as needed
• Process paperwork accurately after each job
• Drive to and from customer sites to address on-site needs
• Maintain a company-owned service van and parts inventory
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Order necessary replacement parts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified welder or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
• Three years of welding experience or successful completion of the welder apprentice level
• Ability to read and comprehend regulations and instructions in the locally applicable language(s)
• Demonstrated ability to repair equipment per skill level
• Basic computer/tablet knowledge (Microsoft and Apple operating systems)
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
• Exceptional customer service skills
