Responsibilities
- Determine and apply proper freight charges and splits for shipments moving daily throughout the system.
- Understand the various pricing schedules, rules, and agreements between Dohrn Transfer and our customers and partner carriers.
- Analyze the inspections performed around the system and effectively communicate to ensure a successful operation.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- High School completion or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Transportation industry experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Typing and ten-key skills required
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to multi-task and react to change productively
- Ability to read and distinguish numerical values such as pounds, pieces, and dollar amounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent attendance
