About the role
Kerae Medical is seeking a full-time home health care provider to deliver, install, and instruct patients on the use of various medical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.
- Handling the return of equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and prepared for future use.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records of all equipment.
- Tracking what is in stock, what is out for delivery, and what needs to be returned.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Addressing questions and concerns related to equipment usage and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in the medical equipment field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Inventory management.
- Time management.
- Must be comfortable lifting and maneuvering medical equipment.
