DME Billing Manager

The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. Founded in 2014, Kestra combines high-quality devices with wearable technology to provide innovative care monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Billing Associates
• Support timely and compliant billing of customer orders to federal, state, and commercial insurance plans
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submissions to insurance plans
• Minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
• Escalated point of contact for billing issues
• Drive a culture of inclusion and engagement through regular team meetings and 1:1s
• Develop strategic plans and programs for the Revenue Cycle process
• Communicate and collaborate with sales leaders to address issues impacting claim submission

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in DME/HME billing environment
• Minimum of 3 years management experience
• Strong background in federal and state healthcare policies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Preferred: 6+ years of Manager or above leadership experience
• Experience with Bonafide and Salesforce

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and help set professional development goals for billing team members
