The Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) is located in Oklahoma City, OK. Hours vary but include weekend coverage.

Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift
Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities
Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday
Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment
Performs routine testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, coagulation, molecular, and microbiology
Affixes to specimen processing as needed
Follows employer and hospital policies
Performs instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
Main responsibility will be duties in the clinical laboratory
Additional duties will include assisting supervisor/manager with special projects/assignments

Required Knowledge: Good understanding of laboratory procedures. Ability to troubleshoot problems, to identify cause and synthesize alternatives. Clear and effective communication. Ability to react positively with coworkers. Ability to use independent judgement to solve problems. Able to manage time, prioritize, and delegate. Good computer skills a plus. Knowledge in Epic and Media Lab is a plus.
Required Experience: AS degree in Medical Lab Technology or BS in Medical Technology. ASCP MT/MLT certification or equivalent or be eligible for national MT/MLT certification.

This part-time position will have a variable schedule that will include weekend coverage.
