DLO Night Shift MLS/MLT I

Schedule

Location: Owasso, OK

• Core hours: Wednesday–Saturday
• Overtime, additional shifts, or days may be required as needed
• Weekend rotation and holiday coverage required

• Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities

Responsibilities

• Perform tests in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coag, serology, blood bank, and limited microbiology
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen processing
• Follow employee policies and work with fellow employees in a professional, productive manner
• Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Required Knowledge: General laboratory knowledge, including the use of computers; knowledge of QA and QC as well as knowledge of all areas of the laboratory.
• Required Experience: A.A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology; B.S. in Medical Technology.
• Special Requirements: Ability to maintain a professional, courteous, and pleasant attitude during heavy workload and stress. Teamwork is essential. Keyboard skills and multitasking ability are important. May be required to work overtime or other shifts/days as needed. Weekend rotation and holiday coverage required.
