**Corporate Workshop Host (Part-time, Flexible)** **About the role** Join Saffron as a Corporate Workshop Host and deliver our unique group DJ experiences for professional teams. Drawing on Saffron’s decade-long expertise in transformational DJ courses for underrepresented communities, you’ll guide participants through hands-on mixing sessions, fostering creativity, collaboration, and belonging. This role is ideal for experienced DJs who are passionate about music education, team-building, and Saffron’s mission to address the gender imbalance in the music industry. **Responsibilities** - Lead 2-hour (minimum) group DJ workshops for corporate teams, using industry-standard Pioneer DJ equipment - Teach participants how to mix tracks, create group DJ mixes, and use DJ software/hardware - Provide hands-on guidance and support, ensuring a dynamic, inclusive, and engaging experience for all abilities - Collaborate with Saffron’s team to tailor workshops to client needs, including extended or customisable packages - Foster a welcoming and creative environment, encouraging teamwork, communication, and confidence-building - Record group DJ mixes for participants to keep as lasting memories **Requirements** - Proven experience as a DJ, with proficiency in using Pioneer DJ equipment and software - Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles - Passion for music education, team-building, and social impact - Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate corporate schedules - Experience working with groups or in educational settings is a plus **Benefits** - Competitive pay, starting from £50 per hour (dependent on experience) - Flexible, part-time hours with opportunities to grow with Saffron - Join a mission-driven team dedicated to increasing diversity in the music industry - Access to state-of-the-art DJ studios and equipment - Opportunity to work with high-profile clients and recognised DJs in the industry **How to apply** If you’re excited about this opportunity, please send your CV and a brief cover note to em@saffronmusic.co.uk.
