Responsibilities
- Collect statistical data from NJ Corps and DHQ departments.
- Review data and identify any recording errors.
- Generate and prepare departmental reports as requested.
- Maintain open communication with Corps to ensure data submission requirements are met, including frequency and accuracy.
- Send reminders and follow up with Corps delinquent on reports or missing data.
- Prepare necessary forms for Program Reviews, Membership Roll Revisions, Annual Command Review, and Annual Divisional Reports.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Corps Management Database (CMD) manager to ensure new corps members are reflected accurately in the statistical database.
- Affiliate with Corps Officers and Divisional staff with updating Soldiers’ information in the CMD; including the removal or transfers of local Officers and their commissions from the Corps rolls and Corps Management Database.
- Affiliate with Field Officers with statistical and membership roll training and support.
- Coordinate with THQ to prepare and submit statistical information as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of clerical experience.
- Data entry and ability to manipulate statistical data.
- Technical proficiency with databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must understand and support The Salvation Army’s mission as a church and a social services organization.
