This position provides direct support to the Finance Secretary and Assistant Finance Secretary, including clerical work and administration of various risk management tasks. It also involves supporting program grants in the Division, working closely with CRD for grant processing and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in grants and contracts in a non-profit environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of confidentiality maintained

- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of grant and contract processes
- Understanding of risk management principles

- Full-time schedule (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday)

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
